Well, we all know what happened here. As WaMu's agency of record for a mere 13 months, we celebrated the bank's very tangible benefits in an irreverent campaign that underscored the "Whoo hoo!" moment a customer feels when something goes right for a change and they aren't treated like a number. They were fun client. Too bad they made a bunch of crappy loans.
